Responsibilities
- Follow up with recruiters to update recruitment status on time.
- Support recruitment reports on data update
- Proceed and follow up paperwork of payment
- Proceed and follow up documents for new staff
- To support job fairs and recruitment activities
- Follow up visa& work permit status for new hire
- Update data on recruitment system
- Other tasks from Talent Acquisition Manager

Required Experience
- Capable of using office software applications (MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, etc…)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Required Education and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
