Responsibilities

Job Summary 

As a Brand & Internal Communication Executive, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement, sales motivation, and brand visibility through creative communication campaigns. This role plays a key part in shaping the internal culture and connecting ILA teams, while also supporting external-facing communication and marketing events. 

Working Relationships

  • Internal: Marketing; Business Analytics & Business Intelligence; HR; Training & Development; Sales & Care Management & Staff; Account & Finance

  • External: Parents & Students (via social platforms); Vendors 


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute internal communication campaigns, company-wide events, and recognition activities. 

  • Coordinate with Business Analytics & Business Intelligence to develop and launch engaging monthly sales engagement contests, including theme, naming, mechanics, and internal communication strategy. 

  • Coordinate the purchase, preparation, and delivery of prizes for monthly sales contests; Design and distribute digital certificates (e-certificates) for monthly sales contest winners and recognitions. 

  • Support marketing-led customer and student events from the branding and communications side. 

  • Manage internal social media platforms such as: ILA Connect (Facebook), National sales team (Zalo), Hội Phụ Huynh ILA (Facebook), ILA Insider (Tiktok)

  • Produce and distribute communication materials such as posters, EDMs, internal videos, and contest summaries. 

  • Ensure consistency in tone of voice and brand guidelines across all channels.  


Skill Requirements

  • Familiar with basic design tools (Canva, PowerPoint) and social media platforms (Facebook groups, Zalo, TikTok).  

  • Strong command in communication in both English and Vietnamese languages


Required Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in branding, communications, copywriting or events, preferably in a dynamic or service-oriented environment. 

  • Experience in organizing sales engagement activities, internal events and writing for internal newsletters, social media, or video scripts. 

  • Proactive, creative, and highly collaborative with strong attention to detail. 


Required Education and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
