Job Purpose
Provide strategic inputs to develop best practice and competitive C&B structure to meet remuneration strategies, such as market midpoint analysis, structure of incentive plan designs and performance bonus program process.

Working Relationships
The incumbent reports directly to the HHR and directly assists the HRM on compensation and benefits strategic inputs. Supervises compensation and benefits function of Human Resources Dept.
They will also liaise with Social Insurance Dept, Immigration, Dolisa, Police and Tax Depts.
Internal ILA staff at all levels
External Tax Dept, Dolisa, Police, Immigration, Social and Health Insurance Dept
Responsibilities
1. Remuneration structure
Develop and periodically review remuneration structure
Periodically review job specification, conduct job matching and salary survey
Update salary scale
Assist HHR to develop human resources budget and periodically review the HR budget
Report on monthly employee cost
2. Cash compensation and Non-cash benefits
Prepare annual salary review
Proceed monthly payroll calculation and relevant cash compensations to Vietnamese, expatriate staff, teachers and teaching assistants
Ensure all compensations to comply with government and ILA’s regulations.
Claim and pay allowances from Social Insurance Department, Insurance Company
Update all staff about one’s eligible non-cash benefits
Arrange staff to receive proper non-cash benefits as regulations
3. Reports
Support in completing all reports for external authorities such as Social Insurance Dept, Police Dept, Dolisa, Tax Dept and internal report system [ie cost monitoring report, employee statistic report, headcount report]
Provide remuneration strategic inputs
Execute and monitor HR budget
Effectively update to staff internal regulations, employee handbook, new governmental regulations
4. HRIS system:
Be a liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
Oversee and maintain the optimal function of the HRIS, which includes but is not limited to, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
5. Others
Lead HR projects related to total rewards, job matrix, performance management as assigned by line manager
Perform reports as required by line manager
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate at executive level and above in a professional manner
High flexibility and ability to manage C&B function
Strong leadership skills and cross cultural understanding
Good presentation and persuasive skills
Excellent in English
Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint…
Already in the same position with at least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
At least 2 years’ experience in HR Systems, or Analytics role(s) requiring strong information management skills.
Multinational organization experience preferred (in the education, consumer or financial industry is a plus)
Proficient in remuneration best practice, Vietnamese labour code, governmental regulations relating to human resources
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
