Reception and Cashier Duties
- Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Collect tuition fees and other payments; prepare and issue receipts accurately.
- Handle banking transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage student documents, ensuring confidentiality and proper filing.
Administrative Support
- Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of office and teaching supplies.
- Prepare and process payment requests and related administrative documents.
- Support attendance management and record-keeping systems.
- Assist in sales and marketing activities, providing logistical and administrative support.
- Coordinate and assist with student outings and special events.
Reporting
- Prepare reports related to student enrollment, re-enrollment, and savings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for management review.
