Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, and are not limited to, the following;

Visa Processing

·       Handle new visa applications for incoming expatriate teachers.

·       Renew visas for existing expatriate teachers.

·       Stay updated with changes in visa regulations

Work Permit Processing

·       Process work permits for expatriate teachers.

·       Monitor and plan for work permit renewals and changes.

·       Provide training to relevant staff regarding work permit procedures.

PIT Finalization

·       Give instruction to teachers about PIT finalization after memo issued

·       Support HR to collect and check all PIT related documents and submit to HR

Expat support

·       Answer basic HR questions for teachers: explaining pay slip deductions, medical claim support, banking

Reports

·       Monthly work permit ratio report

·       Monthly work permit & visa cost report

·       Any reports relating to Visa/Work Permit if required


Skill Requirements

·       Excellent communication skill with the ability to liaise and negotiate in a professional manner

·       High flexibility and ability to manage recruitment function

·       Strong leadership skill and cross cultural understanding

·       Good presentation and persuasive skill


Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in visa and work permit processing, preferably in an educational or corporate environment.


Required Education and qualifications

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

·       Minimum of 2 years of experience in visa and work permit processing, preferably in an educational or corporate environment.

·       Thorough understanding of Vietnamese immigration laws and regulations.

Language:

Good use in English

Computer:

Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Power Point …
