Responsibilities

  1. Planning
    - Weekly SNS planning;
    - Monthly Re-sales Planning;
  2. Training and Development
    - Conduct Workshop/Training for TA and Admission team;
    - Observe TA and have the plan to improve weak TA;
    - Admission Officer and TA Development;
    - Monitor and train the Admission team to make sure they follow ILA policy;
  3. Property management
    - Maintain the building in proper conditions: tidy, clean and safe;
    - Maintain all facilities and equipment in proper conditions: clean, safe and workable;
  4. Risk management
    - Monitor staff to make sure they deliver the right service and process: fire management, classroom management, building management, and handling problem;
    - Manage all safety at the centre;
  5. Inventory
    - Responsible for appropriate forecast and ordering of materials for centre use;
  6. Course administration
    - Monitor all preparation and course delivery process;
    - Monitor ILA customer care process;
  7. Class Schedule
    - Work closely with the sales and care team to open class and assign students in class; 
    - Work close with sales and care team to forecast new classes;
  8. TA management 
    a. Teaching Assistant recruitment   
    - Forecast TA; 
    - Recruitment process;
    - Induction;
    b. Scheduling
    - Scheduling for TA;
    - Supporting Tasks;
    - Taking class when requested;
    - Doing cover absent when requested;
    - Smart Scheduling;
    c. Remuneration
    - TA Salary/Scale;
    - TA Contract;
    - TA Excellent Award;
    - Leave and Termination;
    d. TA Performance management
    - Observation: conduct, corrective action;
    - Performance Appraisal;
    - Disciplinary Process;

Required Experience

 
- Prefer 03 years of working experience in foreign company and in service product;
- Prefer working experience in an educational organization;


Preferred Experience

Technical skills
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (Upper - intermediate level);
- Familiar with Microsoft Office;


Required Education and qualifications

University graduated
