1. Receiving & sending documents, contracts
2. Filing, photocopying and printing documents, contracts
3. Prepare invoices, payment requests and other documents
4. To ensure payments are made on time and within corporate targets, ensuring no duplicate payments are made.
5. Other tasks as assigned by managers
