- Manage invoices, prepare payment requests, and other documents as necessary
- Arrange domestic and international trips including visas, flights, accommodations, trip agenda…
- Track insurance and reimbursement for health, vehicles, housing, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned by the CEO
- Willing to learn new things
- Good use in MS Word, Excel
- At least 2 year experience in the payment process, highly experienced in Tourism, Hospitality and Medical industry is a plus
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
