Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, buildings visit
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Monitor results and make revisions to achieve/exceed the sales targets/plans
- Assist with updating reports/ documents as required for optimized accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a conduit between ELT Sales and Training Centres and/or relevant departments for order processing.
- Catch up product trend in the markets [ELT industry, competitors, customer demands]
- Assist in Sales Manager sales, conversion and up-sell campaigns.
- Provide coaching to partners/customers
- Provide support for arranging and coordinating customers, internal and external, reference visits
- Faithfully and diligently work to satisfy your internal and external customers beyond expectations
- Enthusiastically perform all activities that are requested of you by ILA.

- Excellent selling, negotiation, customer service and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
Required Experience
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Required Education and qualifications
- Bachelor degree, preferably with strong sales background.
- Sales Education or Sales Corporate background is a plus.
