[HO] Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

- Responsible for setting up, optimizing paid ad, content/visual idea across digital channels (such as Facebook, Tiktok, Zalo, Google,…) for ILA Products (English courses for children, adult, IELTs, preschool courses, study abroad courses,…).

- Work closely with related departments to ensure final work efficiency and commit to digital KPIs, specifically:

  •   Collaborate with the creative team to generate ideas for advertising materials (images/videos)

  •   Coordinate with zalo / fanpage management team (reply comments/inbox) and telesales team to optimize the lead conversion process

  •   Work with other technical departments such as IT and CRM to complete the technical setup for campaigns and reporting systems.

- Work with third-party partners to collaborate on potential digital deals.

- Continuous updating changes and new features of Digital Platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Zalo, Google,… and other digital apps/tools) to apply to business and optimize digital campaigns.

- Making weekly, monthly report for Digital Performance and working with internal team/agency to find solution.

- Processing administration tasks relating to Digital Marketing (Contracts, Payment…).


Skill Requirements

  • Good in Facebook Ad, Tiktok Ad, Zalo Ad, Google Ad, Google analytic

  • Able to work under high pressure

  • Strong numerical, logical thinking and detail-oriented

  • Multi-Tasking capability, well organized, deadlines and KPIs compliance

  • Good in communication, being solutions-oriented, result-oriented

  • Responsibility, creativity, open minded and willing to learn

  • Good in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Good English skills in both writing and speaking 


Required Experience

  •  At least 3 years of experience in digital media/digital marketing/digital optimization especially lead generation (working experience in agency or in education industry or is an advantage)


Required Education and qualifications

  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related majors.
