- Focus on company awareness, reputation management, social media engagement, attracting qualified candidates that help recruiters to achieve supply targets of both expat and local staff.
- Maintain the ILA Employer brand across all platforms, including job boards (VTJ, Dave’s, Tefl.com, etc), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), emails
- Keep up with inquiries from candidates (via Messenger, comments, emails, etc.) and make sure all communications are delivered promptly and professionally
- In charge of graphics such as images and video to promote core employee values proposition (EVP)
- Build and execute content plans
- Track, measure and analyze engagement rate, virality rate, number of new followers on Facebook and Linkedin, etc.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition/ Expat Recruitment team to create and execute campaigns/ events/ activities for Employer Branding
- Good design skills with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or other image editing software
- Good content writing skills in Vietnamese and English for: social media, press, job boards, partnership emails
- Knowledge about WordPress website administration (including content management, technical SEO, plugins, web design, UX, etc)
- Knowledge about social media platforms, search engines and advertising platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, GDN
- Excellent communication, event-organizing, time management
- Creative, result-oriented, user-focused
- Fast learner, hardworking, open to challenges
- 2+ years of experience in employer branding and/or marketing roles
- Have experience in event organizing, creating, and managing content on social platforms and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Experienced in content-creating on social media channels
- Bachelor degree, must be fluency in English
