Responsibilities

- Screening and selecting candidates;

- Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews and performing reference checks; 

- Contribute ideas for improving recruitment and make recommendations to academic managers; 

- Other recruitment activities as requested.



Skill Requirements

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate in a professional manner;

- High flexibility and ability to manage recruitment function;

- Strong leadership skills and cross cultural understanding;

- Good presentation and persuasive skills;

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English;

- High level skills, in MS Word, Excel, Outlook;

Basic skills in MS Powerpoint, Visio.




Required Experience

- Already at the same position with 6+ months experience in recruitment and selection management;

- Multinational organization experience preferred (in the education, consumer or financial industry is a plus);

- Proficient in recruitment best practice, Vietnamese labour code.



Required Education and qualifications

- Bachelor Degree.
