[HO] Expat Services Executive

Responsibilities include, and are not limited to, the following;
Visa Processing
• Handle new visa applications for incoming expatriate teachers.
• Renew visas for existing expatriate teachers.
• Stay updated with changes in visa regulations.
Work Permit Processing
• Process work permits for expatriate teachers.
• Monitor and plan for work permit renewals and modifications.
• Provide training to relevant staff on work permit procedures.
PIT Finalization
• Provide instructions to teachers on PIT finalization after the memo is issued.
• Support HR in collecting and reviewing all PIT-related documents and submitting them to HR.
Expat Support
• Answer basic HR questions from teachers, including explaining pay slip deductions, providing medical claim support, and assisting with banking.
Reports
• Prepare the monthly work permit ratio report.
• Prepare the monthly work permit and visa cost report.
• Prepare any other reports related to visas and work permits as required.
▪ Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate in a professional manner
▪ High flexibility and ability to manage recruitment function
▪ Cross-cultural understanding
▪ Minimum of 2 years of experience in visa and work permit processing, preferably in an educational or corporate environment.
▪ Thorough understanding of Vietnamese immigration laws and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
