Responsibilities

Talent Management:

  • Support BU talents on career, work/life, conflict issues to develop and grow.

  • Consult Function Heads & Line Managers in proposing a Training Needs for their Team and departments which can address the capability area of improvement in order to grow the organization to deliver business objectives.

  • Share with the Talent & OD Team to ensure most of the training needs of your partnered functions are delivered in the Company’s Training plan.

  • Follow up in post training evaluation and development to decide on core people movement decisions. 

  • Take care of the full employee cycle from the on-boarding to exit process.

HR Operations:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations to execute employee lifecycle processes, seek continuous improvement in effectiveness and efficiencies.

  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Business partnership:

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

Total Rewards:

  • Generate business insights and propose rewards & recognition schemes for BU

  •  Develop innovative initiatives to recognize BU and keep them highly motivated.

 


Skill Requirements

  • Good command in English / good communication skill

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


Required Experience

Minimum of 4 years of experience in HRBP

Bachelor's Degree
