Responsibilities

1. Training needs analysis and course delivery

· Under direction and guidance, conduct organization-wide training needs analyses to identify skills or knowledge gaps, and work with managers to develop L&D plans to address these.

· Work closely with managers to select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development sessions, and online learning modules) to address L&D plans.


2. Collaboration with External Training Organizations:

· Work closely with external training organizations to design tailored training programs for our employees.

· Communicate organizational needs and objectives to external partners to ensure the development of effective training solutions.

· Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to quality standards.


3. Contract Management and Payments:

· Negotiate contracts with external training providers, ensuring terms and conditions meet organizational requirements.

· Oversee the contract execution process, including reviewing and finalizing agreements.

· Coordinate payments to external vendors, tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.


4. Provide other support (including project support) as required and directed by the Line Manager.


Skill Requirements

 ▪       Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate at executive level and above in a professional manner

▪       Good presentation and persuasive skill

▪       Strong understanding of design principles.

▪       Proficient in contract management, including negotiation and payment processing.

▪       Highly organized with excellent project management skills.

▪       Creative thinker with the ability to design innovative and engaging training materials.

▪       Strong analytical skills and attention to detail


Required Experience

  • Proven work experience as a L&D Coordinator, Training Facilitator or similar role

  • Multinational organization experience preferred (in the education, insurance, banking or financial industry is a plus)


Required Education and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field

  •  Fluent in English
