Responsibilities

Maintain current product

Coordinate tech support between Product & Technology and internal users

Update and maintain necessary guidelines and documents that ensure smooth implementation and running of all courses in this programme.

Provide ongoing training to relevant departments, as needed.

Support coordination of custom products requests, if approved by key stakeholders.


Support new and upcoming products

Facilitate communication between Product and all other departments.

Create and maintain training materials, user guides, intranet, and other resources, with a focus on both external and internal customers

Curate and maintain resources for various departments for efficient access to information about new and upcoming products

Update or create documents, including WI, PR, PL, etc.

Support non-technical functions for the software development team, such as file organization, documentation, and project tracking.

Support the project coordination between Software Development and Content teams.


General Responsibilities

Support and coordinate communication between all sub-departments within the Product team, including Software Development, Content, and Customer Experience.

General administrative duties, including meeting agendas, minutes, and translation services.

Keep up to date with industry trends and propose upgrades to the relevant program as needed.

Support scheduling, coordination, and arrangement of pilot classes to test changes to the product.

Monitor implementation of any changes made to the product to ensure ILA quality standards across all centers.

Collect feedback from stakeholders (parents,students, teachers, staff) and make action plans to address any weak areas.

Any other related duties as assigned by the line manager.



Skill Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with both foreign and local staff teams.

A great deal of energy and enthusiasm 

Ability to work in a team environment, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines

Ability to work some weekends.  While the job will be mostly Monday through Friday, availability to switch to weekends for several weeks a year will be necessary. 

Intermediate computer skills with Google Workspace products and Microsoft Office products.

Knowledge of other technologies, such as Google Sites, Google Forms, and Canva, is a plus



Required Experience

2 years+ teaching experience in ELT with young learners.

Experience working with other departments within an organization, including operations, sales, and marketing.

Experience working indirectly or directly with external customers, especially parents of young learners.



Required Education and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
