Recruitment:
Responsible for providing recruiting strategies for local recruitment throughout ILA. Establishes guidelines and goals consistent with business plan.
Advise management and provide guidance and direction related to all recruitment activities in order to support strategic business needs.
Manage, train and develop Talent Acquisition Team to ensure we have an integrated vision across ILA & Bus
Work with team to source active and passive candidates to build/maintain a candidate pipeline for short and long term recruitment needs
Participate in the assessment process with both internal and external candidates utilizing own experience to make strategic hiring and placement decisions.
Support and communicate with Centre Managers to develop and forecast future departmental needs on a monthly basis
Understand and actively participate in Recruitment Reports, bring new ideas with standard and centralized templates
Setting up new ERP system for search engine and database of candidates
Recruitment Branding
Develops and manages advertising Websites to ensure maximum exposure to targeted job seekers
Identify opportunities for improvement/development of marketing channels for local recruitment
Control and Develop the Selection Process through Job and Compatibility Assessment
Control the effectiveness of channels in costing and production
Expand and leverage external networks; build relationships with professional groups to support recruitment efforts and promote ILA employer brand
Business Partner to Sales, Care and Marketing Team
Consult with line management, providing HR guidance in term of career development
Manage internal movement process
Together with the Line manager to evaluate the workforce’s performance and design succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring
Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees
Skillful in gathering data, compile information, and prepare reports
Good skills in office software applications (MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, etc…)
Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
Dynamic, passionate and can handle high pressure
Excellent communication and negotiable skill
Minimum of five (5) years full cycle HR Partner and recruitment experience in an organization with 500+ employees
Multinational organization experience preferred
Proficient in recruitment best practice, Vietnamese labour code, especially with organizations which the demands for employee recruiting are high.
Must have a minimum of two (2) years recruitment supervisory work experience
Bachelor Degree
