TASKSs:
Trade Marketing:
Lead team develop strategic trade marketing plans and successfully implementation for sustainable lead acquisitions at HO level.
Lead team to provide standard Trade marketing activities/ concept framework to support for Local Trade Marketing at Centers.
Work with internal Marketing team members (Creative/Production Digital, PR, Brand) to support Centers with creative/ design materials and communications
Monitor weekly and monthly trade marketing performance led by HO and/ or led by Centers at regions.
Analyze and report on key metrics.
Responsible for visibility management
Oversee all POSM and ensure proper POSM display at Centers
Constantly gain consumer insights from desk research, parents and students, and/ or from Sales team and translate into trade marketing and communications plans
Manage teams of promoters (in-house or outsource)
Be the bridge and center-point of communications between Sales and Marketing and cascade down to Centers.
Co-marketing Partnership:
Responsible for strategic partnership with potential brands for co-marketing activities and lead generations
Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners while also developing strategies to support for business growth.
Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships.
Build the organizational network by through targeted outreach and strong project planning.
Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
Budget Management:
Control and monitor internal marketing budget per region
People Management:
Lead the Trade Marketing team members and Internal Marketing (IM) executive of each center to work under the overall plan
Responsible for coaching/ mentoring and implementing of all IM per region (South/North)

Required Experience
At least 3 to 5-year experience in Trade Marketing and integrated Marketing. Experience in education industry is more preferred.
Strategic and critical thinking.
Experience in analyzing data and trends. Understanding market demands and consumers well
Experience in event planning and management.
Experience driving growth
Required Education and qualifications
University degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Management.
Fundamental knowledge of trade management, brand management, advertising, media communications.
