Responsibilities
- Corporate Event Planning & Execution: Assist in planning and organizing impactful corporate events that align with company objectives.
- Training Management: Assist in the design, development, and execution of training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Payment Process Management: Support the processing of payments related to training programs, events, and other HR initiatives.
- Internship term: 3 months.
- Can work full-time 4-5 days/week, 09:00 -18:00.
Skill Requirements
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and eager to learn new tools.
Required Experience
- No prior full-time experience required, but previous internship or project experience in communication, marketing, or event support is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks efficiently and work collaboratively.
Required Education and qualifications
- Have an interest in HR.
- University students or freshers.
- Proactive and enthusiastic, with a "can-do" attitude.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong multitasking skills.
- A fast learner, who can adapt quickly and take ownership of tasks.
