2. Centre performance:
Monitor to achieve performance
Monitor staff turnover rate
3. HR and Training and development
Recruit and select staff
Train staff to make sure they understand ILA culture and policy
Coaching and train the team to deliver service and performance
4. Centre operations management
Property management
Building management
Maintain all facilities and equipment in proper conditions
Maintain ILA standards
Safety and risk management
Follow relevant regulations, code and law of the government
Work with local authorities.
Follow the company policies, procedures, regulations, document and reporting systems
Maintain the company standards
Make sure staff follow the company policies, procedures, regulations, document & reporting systems and standards.
5. Academic involvement
Work with Academic Manager for the below:
Student outcome
TA performance
Scheduling
Teachers performance and efficiency
Events
Others where appropriate
6. Inventory management
Forecast and approve material order
Responsible for in and out material and POS
7. Care event
Organize seasonal event for current students
8. New centre set-up
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
Familiar with MS Office, Microsoft Project, etc
Strategy planning skills
Good management skills
Strong sales and customer service focus
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good presentation and persuasive skills
Training, coaching and delegating skills
Manage more than 1 centre
Work on shift and/or weekend
Travel outside the city-centre
At least 3 year experience at management level in a foreign invested company
Understanding of local and foreign educational systems
University graduate
