- Generate monthly sales plan and weekly plan
- Generate leads and take action on time
- Make telesales calls to potential customers
- Build good relationships with all accounts to increase loyalty and get referrals
- Provide consultation services to parents
- Drive sales to achieve targets
- Handle customer payments for new customers
- Manage leads and take action on time
- Prepare weekly and monthly leads and sales reports to the sales manager
- Meet monthly lead target, monthly sales target, and closing rate target
- Basic communication in both English and Vietnamese.
- Work in shifts.
- Experience working in customer service or telesales is a plus.
- College graduates and above qualifications are preferred.
- Income is based on actual sales, which can be up to over 25,000,000 VND including: Base salary + monthly KPI bonus
