Responsibilities
- Monitor class opening schedule and re-sales target on a weekly basis
- Consult next courses for current parents and the students
- Handle payments on system and hand over cash balance to ACC/TTO
- Handle class closure with certìicates and POS
- Conduct other tasks to achieve re-sales targets
- Handle customer care activities at centres, handle feedbacks and complaints from the customers
- Handle customer care process using phone based on guidelines
- Prepare class material for teachers and TAs
- Prepare for opening class and classroom management
- Prepare certificates for finished classes
- Deliver material and POS to students
- Room arrangement and change room as requested
- Monitor, maintenance at the centre to ensure smooth operation and safety
- Forecast and order material, POS
- Manage and make sure the stock in good condition and well-arranged
- Conduct inventory checking and prepare monthly report and input in database
- Conduct other tasks assigned by OS/CM
Skill Requirements
- Basic communication in both English and Vietnamese.
- Work in shifts
Required Experience
- Experience working in customer service or telesales is a plus.
Required Education and qualifications
- College graduates and above qualifications are preferred.
