Responsibilities

• Customize plans and proposal for individual prospect

• Communicate with the parents about the students’ progress.

• Research extra-curricular opportunities for students.

• Stay updated with current college admission changes


• Assist College Counselor from The Princeton Review with scheduling meetings with students


• Advise students about extracurricular activities that match their interests and provide leadership opportunities

• Help students identify meaningful summer plans, such as internships, competitions, research opportunities, and community service options


• Interact with students and provide guidance and direction regarding educational options. 

• Research potential opportunities, qualify prospective clients, and collaborate in programming needs


• Participate in the development & implementation of marketing plans


• Monthly meet-up with The Princeton Review to update about the program

Skill Requirements

·         Intermediate computer skills; eager to learn new platforms

·         Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

·         Proactive, self-starting, curious, and positive attitude

·         Detail-oriented and patient, with a customer-focused mindset

·         Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives

·   Exceptional planning and organizational abilities; additional experience in project management, event coordination, and product management is advantageous

·         Proven track record in similar roles within the Education field

Required Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Services, Student Services/Counselling, or Business Development

Required Education and qualifications

• Studied in the US for a long-term period, researched academic programs of top US schools, and passionate about tutoring students

• Graduation from a top 100 US university (National University Rankings) is a plus
