[ILA] Telemarketing Officer

1) Digital Leads Processing:
- Consistently make a good first impression when calling leads
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
- Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
- Keep an updated customer database
- Measure identified KPIs
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Track and document calls and sales
- Update client records
- Prepare and present achievements and KIPs
2) Inbound – Outbound Call Receiving:
- Be up-to-date with product knowledge of ILA courses, methodology, systems (Moodle, ILA connect, I- LA accounts, reminder, attendance, gradebook/test score, Student handbook, etc.), etc..
- Receive all calls from the hotline.
- Be up-to-date with all ILA branches nationwide in order to transfer the call correctly.
- Record & report all calls on excel file, allocate leads to each centre.
- Respond immediately to customer's common inquiries about study time and study pathway, tuition, current promotion, etc, as send additional information to customers as needed.
- Promptly take action with missed calls and mailbox messages: call back to the customer and respond immediately as above.
- Review own or other officers’ accuracy of data recording as assigned
- Support with sorting of customer call data.
- Any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Telesales Manager
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
- Patient and friendly personality
- Good teamwork skills
Experience as Telesales or similar customer service or sales role is a advantage
Preferred candidate from the north
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree a plus
