         Team Leadership:

Supervise and manage a team of telemarketers, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and strategies.

Foster a positive and motivating work environment to boost team morale and productivity.

         Performance Management:

Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual telemarketers, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.

Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

         Training and Development:

Develop and implement training programs to improve telemarketing skills and product knowledge.

Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team performance.

Ensure that all team members are updated on new products, services, and promotions.

         Operational Oversight:

Manage day-to-day operations of the telemarketing department, including scheduling and workflow management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner.

         Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and other key indicators to senior management.

Use data analysis to develop strategies for improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Monitor and report on market and industry trends to identify new opportunities and threats.

Any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Telemarketing Manager

Skill Requirements

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong sales and customer service background.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a telemarketing supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.

  • Over 2 years of time management experience in a call center environment.

  • Experience managing 2-3 team leads within a call center

Required Education and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
