Responsibilities

- Support creating engaging and innovative curriculum and content for ILO Preschool, aligned with our Finnish approach to pedagogy.
- Collaborate with the principals and teachers to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the learning materials and outcomes.
- Provide training and support to the teachers on how to use the curriculum and content effectively.
- Conduct regular observations of Vietnamese teachers, providing feedback and recommendations for individual and whole-campus development plans.

Skill Requirements

- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.

- Computer literate and experience with using G-suite - google drive, google docs, google sheets, google forms, google apps etc.

- High interpersonal skills and interest in being part of a Vietnamese and Expatriate working culture.

- High organizational skills. 

Required Experience

- At least three years experience teaching in a bilingual/kindergarten environment or curriculum/content development for bilingual kindergartens.

- Experience working directly with expatriate teaching staff is desirable.

Required Education and qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Education and above

- English is a plus
