Responsibilities

- To manage the Admission Officer team and to ensure that the sales and care service delivery to ILO customers and prospects is of excellent quality and achieves the team KPIs

- To ensure the team has the requisite skills and tools to do their jobs effectively and efficiently, to work closely with the Head Teacher to ensure that the Academic team and other functions have the delivery commitment up to the standard

- To oversee the development of relationships between each Admission Officer and their customers as well as ensure that follow-up schedules and deadlines are met

- To work with sales marketing to ensure campaigns are turned into effective operational delivery; including additional briefing and training for team members as required

- Request sales training team to conduct necessary training courses to equip AO team with skills & knowledge in order to enhance their performance.

- To conduct regular mentoring/coaching sessions for each AO to solve the issues/develop AO

- Similar tasks as an AO when dealing with their own accounts

Required Experience

- 3+ years of proven experience

- Experience in sales and customer service is preferred.


Required Education and qualifications

- Bachelor or above degree.
