Responsibilities

• Work as part of the teaching team in planning and implementing the preschool curriculum (e.g. activities, environment).
• Assist the teacher with age-appropriate activities by working with individual or small groups of children to present or reinforce learning concepts, providing the appropriate support and stimulation to meet children’s varying needs. 
• Supervise and interact positively with children during various activities (e.g. snacks, lunch, nap, outdoor play) for the purpose of maintaining a safe, orderly and nurturing environment.
• Assist in setting up the classroom for the daily program and cleaning up at the end of the session. 
• Advise the English teacher and Homeroom teacher any concerns about children, parents or safety conditions, maintaining confidentiality as necessary. 
• Maintain confidentiality of any information regarding the children, their families or other staff that is acquired as part of the job.
• Undertake teaching responsibilities when the class teacher is absent / unavailable at campus. 

Skill Requirements

• Desire to work with young children.
• Technical skills: Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn. 
• Strong, clear communication skills in English and Vietnamese. 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks confidently. 
• Friendly, flexible, team-oriented approach. 
• Ability to pass all health, safety, and criminal checks as required. 

Required Experience

• 6 months of proven previous experience of working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting, or a demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in childcare or early education.

Required Education and qualifications

• University diploma.
