Responsibilities
Customer Care
- Provide professional and responsive customer service to parents and students.
- Conduct follow-ups on re-enrollment processes and ensure timely completion.
- Manage and resolve customer requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular facility checks to maintain safety and operational standards.
- Support daily student pick-up procedures and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Reception and Cashier Duties
- Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Collect tuition fees and other payments; prepare and issue receipts accurately.
- Handle banking transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage student documents, ensuring confidentiality and proper filing.
Administrative Support
- Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of office and teaching supplies.
- Prepare and process payment requests and related administrative documents.
- Support attendance management and record-keeping systems.
- Assist in sales and marketing activities, providing logistical and administrative support.
- Coordinate and assist with student outings and special events.
Reporting
- Prepare reports related to student enrollment, re-enrollment, and savings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for management review.
Skill Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in G Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and related applications).
- Good command of English is preferred.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, education, or administrative roles.
Required Education and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
