Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver effective sales training programs focused on enhancing team capabilities.

• Create engaging e-learning modules that support ongoing training and development.

• Design lesson plans tailored to specific training needs within the sales team.

• Collaborate with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making recommendations for enhancements.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the sales team's performance.

• Stay current with industry trends to continuously improve training content and approach.

• Support onboarding of new sales staff with training resources and guidance.

• Coordinates with vendor  to organize training section

• Cultivate a positive learning environment that encourages feedback and continuous improvement.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience in training and development, specifically in sales training.

• Experience in creating e-learning content and lesson plans is essential.

• Preferred experience in the education or corporate training industries.
