1. Training Needs Analysis & Planning
Conduct in-depth training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with Sales Team.
Translate business goals into annual/quarterly learning strategies and roadmaps aligned
with performance KPIs.
2. Program Design & Learning Experience
Design and develop structured learning journeys for sales roles.
Create high-impact training content using modern learning methods: microlearning,
blended learning, gamification, on-the-job learning, etc.
Customize learning experiences that are engaging and relevant to Gen Z learners.
3. Training Delivery
Facilitate training workshops on sales techniques, advisory, customer experience,
objection handling, personal branding, and more.
Deliver both in-person and virtual sessions effectively, ensuring maximum learner
engagement.
Collaborate with internal/external trainers, and learning vendors.
4. Training Evaluation & Optimization
Evaluate training effectiveness, focusing on behavioral change and business impact.
Analyze post-training data (completion rates, sales performance, engagement scores) to refine program effectiveness.
Collect learner feedback to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
5. Internal Capability Building
Support the development of internal trainers and facilitators.
Coach frontline leaders and team supervisors on facilitation and mentoring skills.
Sales Capability & Customer-centric Mindset
Technology Savvy in Learning Tools (LMS, Zoom/MS Team, Menti/Kahot/Slido, Canva...)
Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
Agility, Creativity & Growth Mindseus
Minumum 6 years of experience in D&D, training delivery, or sales support roles
At least 3 years of experience in D&D/delivery leader roles.
Experience working with Gen Z learners and adapting training styles accordingly.
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), digital learning tools, and content authoring platforms.
Professional certifications such as TTT, 6Ds, or ATD… are a strong plus.
Background in education, finance, banking, insurance, fintech industries.
