Responsibilities
- Search and evaluate suppliers (based on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability).
- Schedule orders and follow up.
- Be responsible for all purchasing activities including but not limited to projects, new buildings, sourcing, marketing, insurance, …
- Support new centres’ set-up.
- Be responsible for quotations, contracts, payments, goods quantity and quality check.
- Proceed write off goods as per company’s guideline.
- Be responsible for internal/external reports if any.
- Support in project of purchasing and inventory software installation
