Responsibilities


Managing end-to-end recruitment activities primarily for Head Office functions. This role plays a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments and levels, including hard-to-fill and senior positions. The role also supports the employer branding initiatives and recruitment reporting


Recruitment:

● Manage full-cycle recruitment for Head Office roles across all levels, ensuring timely and quality hiring.

● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.

● Coordinate with headhunters for high-level hiring and hard-to-fill positions.

● Maintain an average of 10–15 job requisitions per month.


Branding Activities:

● Support the Talent Acquisition team in organizing and executing job fairs and employer branding events.

● Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with universities and external networks to enhance talent pipelines.


Channel Management:

● Develop and expand the recruitment network to attract high-quality candidates.

● Manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

● Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of different recruitment channels and recommend the most suitable ones by position, department, and function.


Reports and Admin Tasks:

● Prepare and maintain regular recruitment reports (e.g., demand & supply, lead time, conversion rates). ● Manage candidate documentation, system input, and profile accuracy throughout the recruitment process. 

● Ensure a smooth onboarding process until the end of probation.


Support Tasks:

● Assist other HR team members in peak recruitment periods.

● Support recruitment for other departments when needed, including technical roles and other business units.


Exit Process:

● Manage and follow up on exit interviews.

● Ensure exit procedures are completed in a professional and timely manner.


Other tasks

● Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment and HR processes.

● Actively contribute to team meetings and departmental projects.


Skill Requirements

● Strong end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple functions and levels

● Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

● Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities

● An analytical mindset for report generation and data insights

● Organized and detail-oriented

● Proactive and able to work independently


Preferred Skills

 


Required Experience

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

● Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment

● Strong end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple functions and levels

● Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

● Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities

● An analytical mindset for report generation and data insights

● Organized and detail-oriented

● Proactive and able to work independently 

● Proficient in English (spoken and written)



Preferred Experience

● Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment

● Strong end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple functions and levels

● Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills


Required Education and qualifications

 ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
