Responsibilities

  • Design user interfaces for websites, web and mobile applications, and internal business tools, ensuring usability and consistency.

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and observational studies, to understand both internal and external users' needs and behaviors.

  • Translate research findings and user feedback into effective UX improvements that reduce friction and enhance user satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications to guide development.

  • Collaborate with the EdTech management team, product managers, and software developers to define and implement intuitive and engaging user experiences.

  • Execute all visual design stages — from concept, wireframe, and prototype through to final handoff and implementation.

  • Create and maintain a cohesive visual identity and ensure a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.

  • Conduct usability testing and analyze results to inform design iterations and improve user outcomes.

  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing guidance and feedback as needed.

Required Experience

  • 6+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across web and mobile platforms.

  • Experience designing digital products for children, including interactive and game-based experiences, is a must.

  • Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS; experience with pre-processors (e.g., Sass, LESS) and front-end frameworks.

  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).

  • Extensive experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and design systems.

  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen understanding of interaction design principles and user behavior.

  • Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS for designing and prototyping user interfaces; familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Proficient with modern design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and related platforms.

  • Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and usability best practices.

  • Experience designing intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, elegant UX solutions, including wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes.

  • Strong visual design skills with attention to layout, typography, color, and branding consistency.


Required Education and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design (UX/UI), or related field.
