Talent Acquisition Executive (Mass)

Responsibilities

- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives.
- Define, plan & leverage online recruiting resources, external research vendors, internal referrals, and in-house data to identify and recruit top talent.

- Input into the overall hiring strategy of ILA Vietnam to ensure teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.

- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.

- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.

- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.

- Consult Hiring Manager & stakeholders to choose the best-fit candidates in the selection process.

- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.


Skill Requirements

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency in documenting processes


Required Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant majors

- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management (with a focus on mass hiring) within the education industry

- Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks

- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

- A keen understanding of business insights, keeping up with industry trends

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Experience

- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management (with a focus on mass hiring) within the education industry
