Responsibilities
- Teaching Assistant hours in class:
- Taking classes as requested;
- Having substitution as requested;
- Classroom Management:
- Support teachers in class/ during the course;
- Assist students in class/ during the course;
- Control and take care of students in classes;
- Assign and mark homework;
- Course Administration:
- Prepare and distribute course books, materials and merchandise;
- Update students with course progress information;
- Check students’ attendance daily;
- Prepare students for exams, Cambridge;
- Deliver letters;
- Report any incidents or problems to AS;
- Learning and Development:
- Attend Workshop and Training as requested;
- Customer Care:
- Report students’ progress - results (monthly);
- Call parent for absent students;
- Support in delivering and collecting CSS from parents (K&J)Support in handling requests and complaints;
- Tutoring weak students;
- Support Events (end of course, enrichment, ESOL…);
- Calling Letter New Course;
- Support in re-enrollment tasks when requested;
- Others:
- Support centre when requested.

Required Education and qualifications
- University Degree (current university students from the 2nd year above are also acceptable)
- Excellent English skills (IELTS > or = 5.)
